A Kids Free Friday Night

A kids’ free Friday night only happens a couple of times a month but I can’t seem to move my ass off the front room sofa.  I’m now on my second glass of wine, and have checked my emails (more Turkish guys), skimmed through a few sex blogs and am now trying to decide whether I really can be bothered to walk out my front door and go anywhere.  A lover is popping by much, much later on and he’s super energetic and always horny.  Walking out the door means I have to change the clothes I have been wearing for much of the week, fix my hair, put on some make-up.  It seems like a lot of work just to walk out the door.  Then there’s my bath that I haven’t seen for three weeks since I’ve been camping out with my folks whilst another lover has been sanding my floors.  I only just moved back in today and it’s just so nice to have my place to myself, hear nothing but the sound of my fingers tapping the computer keyboard and the hum of the hard drive.  The past couple of weeks have been manic what with going to New York, then coming back to work, the stupid Daily Mail feature that seems to have propelled the book back up the amazon charts again and the subsequent fan mail that followed.  I know a kids free Friday only comes along twice a month but the thought occurs to me that I should listen to my body that is telling me to roll down my hold-ups, jump in a hot, aromatic bath and just relaxxxx.  I need to conserve my energy for my late night lover.

As C. is fond of saying, sometimes you just want to go downstairs and watch a rerun of “Law & Order.” Listen to your body always….

I had 2 “appointments” set up with different lovers this week, but canceled them to stay in and relax. One night I wound up going out anyway, but went home alone. Guess its always a trade off!

Nice photo in the Mail by the way. Was half awake on a flight to vienna wed morning, when I stumbled on the article. I agree, it didn’t paint the picture of you that your book does.
