Love the charter idea! In fact I do exactly that when I post ads, I tell the guys that I do not do instant messaging, texting or phoning, it’s email or in the flesh only. I also state that I am bigoted about grammar and spelling and that I don’t reply to emails written in ‘txt spk’. And it works! Most guys really step up to the plate.
And I’m very, very tempted by the spreadsheet idea.
